Disappointing - Anonymous employee Teads Employee Review

We are really sad to read that we have disappointed you. When we go through an ever changing reality like the current macro economics, we truly think of the impact any new change may have on our employees, the morale and their experience. Regarding the 3-day in the office hybrid working model, we want to cultivate the company culture we have created that makes us so unique. A big part of the Outbrain culture is being together in the same space. We see great benefit in collaborating with each other, enrolling in local activities like our Employee Resource Groups, having team building activities, lunches with peers and colleagues and sharing a space. We are very confident that this shift will improve everyone's experience and will help our Outbrainers feel more connected. Thank you for your sincere review.
