Young office culture can be fun.

Cons

- No real performance management - Will fire you with no real heads up or transparency - They do not follow proper redundancy procedures - HR does not take sexual harassment claims seriously - under resourced team - inconsistent feedback to the point that it makes you doubt your abilities and skills and lose confidence - minimal career progression - suggest there are opportunities for bonus, however none given in 2 years - hierarchical structure - unclear of what your job spec is, changes very frequently without being discussed first - creating unhealthy territorial and competitive team relations
