Thank you for taking the time to leave us candid feedback - we do really value it. Some of the pros you have highlighted are definitely areas we are proud of and we feel differentiate Outbrain as a great place to work. However regarding your cons - sorry to hear you were disappointed with the pay rises - we spend a lot of time working with industry benchmarks and data however we appreciate people may still be disappointed. It's also very concerning to hear your comment regards your manager(s) - we hope you feel comfortable to share this with your local business partner who can hopefully help.
