Pros

Meeting and working with great both Clinical and Non-Clinical team members.

Cons

Lack of quality leadership or wrong leaders in critical roles Systems/Tools are antiquated or non-existent Poor or Non-existent communication Non-Clinical Employees are treated like disposable trash Interviewing and recruiting practices are inconsistent and excessive Length to hire and on-board is extremely lengthy and frustrating No formal training or processes for improving performance in place Compensation and benefits are below or marginal compared to market and competitors Employee Morale is extremely low and turnover is very high Inconsistent business practices with little to no ROI with many of the decision making from Leaders Business Development has little to no understanding regarding the practices or impact of the promises made at the table which negatively impacts everyone attempting to meet unfair or unrealistic timelines. Continues to run business as it did 20 years ago and have failed to innovate and change with the times and healthcare demands Too many meetings, calls and required last minute travel demands that make planning or scheduling impossible or cost effective – at times 8 employees would be deployed to meet and greet 4 overkill and makes zero business sense. Teamhealth over promises and under delivers in just about everything Inconsiderate of peoples time and NO work-life balance Lack of operational practices and policies

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability

Pros

WFH and work life balance, occasional slow moments that help with the huge workload

Cons

Not a livable wage, preaches about their amazing profits but won’t raise the pay, upper mgmt constantly adds more work to the load and makes the day to day almost impossible to complete. Extra projects are a constant. Can’t get the systems to work together. Doesn’t do any primary source verification, any background check or drug screen for clinicians. We don’t know who we’re hiring. Nor do we care as long as we’re making money,
