Pros

I really can't think of any, I wish I could.

Cons

The benefits are terrible. For example, the 401k is a 3% match based on your performance; that is right, you are not even guaranteed to get 3% which is really low. Since I started, I have been lied to, probably why I already turned my notice in after a few months. The locations went from me driving 15-30 minutes a day to 2-3 hours a day. You will be spread out over 3-5 facilities usually so you can see enough patients, that means you have to deal with 3-5 different staffs and hope personalities mess. They have this thing called "shortfall," so if you don't see enough patients cover salary, which might have nothing to do with you, they will start in the shortfall. Meaning, if you see more patients than your salary gives, you won't get more compensation as they talk about; they will take that money and pay back the shortfall bank you start to build up. I have never heard of this, and that starts after your 7th paycheck. That includes any training you do, etc. So, you don't have a long time, and they will also take it out of your PTO. That is right; if you don't see enough patients, they will take it out of your time off even with it not being your fault. I would think long and hard if you want something like this.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability

Pros

WFH and work life balance, occasional slow moments that help with the huge workload

Cons

Not a livable wage, preaches about their amazing profits but won’t raise the pay, upper mgmt constantly adds more work to the load and makes the day to day almost impossible to complete. Extra projects are a constant. Can’t get the systems to work together. Doesn’t do any primary source verification, any background check or drug screen for clinicians. We don’t know who we’re hiring. Nor do we care as long as we’re making money,
