Pros

I work for a staffing company owned by TeamHealth. In my brief 3 years with the company I have been afforded two opportunities to advance and grow. From a LT Account Exec. to a Perm Placement Coordinator and now to Managed Account Administrator. Excellent supportive culture, great benefits and plenty of opportunity for growth. I am thrilled and truly thankful to work with the people I do and for such a wonderful organization. There is a reason TeamHealth has much recognition, it's an excellent company to work for....and it it's that way because of the people and the culture we create.

Cons

I wouldn't call it a con but more of a challenge; the medical industry is ever changing and evolving which means we must always remain adaptable and ready to rise and comply to new demands. Fast paced and constantly changing.

Pros

WFH and work life balance, occasional slow moments that help with the huge workload

Cons

Not a livable wage, preaches about their amazing profits but won’t raise the pay, upper mgmt constantly adds more work to the load and makes the day to day almost impossible to complete. Extra projects are a constant. Can’t get the systems to work together. Doesn’t do any primary source verification, any background check or drug screen for clinicians. We don’t know who we’re hiring. Nor do we care as long as we’re making money,
