Pros

I work with a group of smart and motivated people. The work is enjoyable, fast-paced, and my input is always valued. The office is modern and fun. There's no single technology stack, so it's easy to find a place to fit in with whichever technology you personally prefer.

Cons

The owners obviously care a lot about the business, and their employees. But I think success took them a bit by surprise, and it feels like there's not a clear sense of direction. The internal blog often touts pop-business terminology read in the latest book/blog, but I feel the company has yet to develop its own philosophy or vision.

They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
