Pros

The two founders are software developers, down to earth people you can talk to: this is so rare and all the pros are just a direct consequence of this. Best offices in Ireland, competitive salaries (especially for Cork), lots of benefits (health insurance, work-from-home friendly, gym membership, free meals, drinks and social events) and a fair performance benefit scheme. I have worked in several companies in other parts of Europe, and this is the first time that I see all the (few people, there aren't 5 layers of managers above you) senior management work so hard to make the company a great place to work in for all employees. The company culture is great, and the office vibe is extremely friendly and laid back.

Cons

Not really cons but: if you're in Teamwork, there's always room for a laugh and even some videogames, but you're expected to work hard, deliver results and help out your colleagues, always. There is no room for mediocre or untalented people who just want to slack off for the whole day just doing the minimum necessary. My favourite of the company values is (quote) "Don't be a d**k" :)

They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
