Pros

Lovely colleagues, great holiday package, competitive salary and trusting environment. Times have been a little hard recently but everything was handled very well. The leadership team are very open and react to changes in the market.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to steer decisions with teams being a little siloed but it is improving

Pros

Pto Flexibility depending on your manager

Cons

They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
