Cons

- no career growth, lack of constructive feedback from management - company direction is unstable, changing every couple of months - very disorganized - lack of help between teams - very disrespectful communication sometimes

They are trimming the fat so often you never know when you’ll be next. They are not going to have anything left. Getting rid of very talented people and restructuring annually with no plan at all. Are they going under, selling, or looking to be a small company again? Idk but something I not right
