Pros

Tech Holding has been a wonderful company starting out, I joined this company in 2022, Giving reviews after 2 years of expirence. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. Excellent work life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my Technical area. Tech Holding does fun and interesting things such as having a Tour Trip once a Year for all employees. I look forward to making a full career at Tech Holding by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

Cons

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company

- CEO & CTO of the company are the coolest and most honorable people I have ever worked with - Promotion & Increase without asking - Company happy hour and events - Competitive salary & benefits - Healthy culture and enviroment

Cons

- Managers below top level, needs improvement, they may be excellent engineers, but should be trained as leaders. - Nature of the company is consulting, most probably you will work as contractors in bigger companies.

Pros

able to work from home

Cons

The company suffers from unprofessionalism, poor management, and weak leadership. Employees receive little to no recognition for their hard work, while inflated egos dominate the workplace. The focus is entirely on clients. The CEO and CTO are leading the company in the wrong direction, driving it to the ground and it's evident to everyone on a daily basis. Despite claiming to be noble, the CEO behaves rudely and unprofessionally, often displaying excessive emotions and bringing a consistently negative attitude to meetings.
