      Good Offshore company lack of USA jobs - IT Project Manager Tech Mahindra Employee Review

      Pros

      Ample opportunity for offshore folks (not in USA). Co Workers were very easy to work along side.

      Cons

      Lack of available USA remote or hybrid jobs. Job posts were controlled by AI with little or no human intervention. Training SPOCs did not provide training which was pertinent to the current role and skillsets. Human resources was not very responsive when needing assistance. Upper management did not communicate well with lower manager or individual contributors. No viewable path for financial or status advancement. No extra time off for tenure.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
