      Great Campus at Chennai. Nothing to brag about.

      One of the worst company I've worked on. No flexibility Inconvenient leave policy (which resulted in lot's of LOPs) There would be absolutely no help from the HR. You cannot even reach out to them as they wouldn't be responsive on teams, outlook, in person or even on mobile - this team is not fit to be called Human Resource. No work life balance and they have got an ancient working culture. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone who had worked on a corporate to work here as they aren't people centric and won't behave like a corporate. You cannot voice out anything as no one would be there to listen to you. Literally wasted 1 year in this company.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
