      You get to meet some of the best managers in business if you are lucky.

      Cons

      I cannot recommend this company for anyone looking to grow their career or income. Compensation: Non-existent. No hikes, no bonuses, and no equity/stocks. Growth: Career progression is essentially frozen; you will likely stay in the same role regardless of performance. Balance: Management expects long hours, leading to a very poor work-life balance. If you value your time and financial growth, look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
