      Bad management and politics - Technical Associate Tech Mahindra Employee Review

      Pros

      - Ample time to pursue personal projects - Good onsite opportunities - Lots of extra curricular activities for employee

      Cons

      - Horrible management - Bad politics - Average pay - Onsite pay is very poor - Work on obsolete technology - No hard core development project. You will be stuck with maintenance project. - Extremely difficult to change projects - HR is really really slow. For ex- To get an employee verification letter all other companies take 10 min to 1 hr, at TechM it will take you 2-3 days. HR person is never present in their cube, you need to visit them, remind them 3-4 time to get the work done.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
