      Realatively higher salaries offered to fresh grads Have a comprehensive training program for fresh grads

      Cons

      The managers claim that they are managing their staff well when in actual fact, they delegate the impossible tasks to complete, joke behind our backs, disrespect local culture etc.. Selfish staff that cares mostly about themselves and not about others Difficulty in understanding the staff's Indian accented English including weird terms they use to describe certain things(eg. ping instead of text, Whatsapp) Lack of communication Left to figure out solutions to impossible problems your managers throw at you with limited assistance from fellow staff.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
