Communication with corporate administrators is often confusing and difficult. Don't expect the location in your offer letter to be close to your client location. You will most likely have to move with short notice to your client location without relocation compensation. The company is a 'consultancy agency' meaning as a Tech Mahindra employee, you will be working on projects at a client company that hires their services. You should expect to make about 60-70% of what direct hires at your client company are being paid for similar work. No opportunities for career growth. Tech Mahindra often has non compete agreements with their clients, so you should not expect any opportunity to be hired by the client company you are working for.
