Pros

HR and Manager and Management will fire you if you do not go to Pune or change location even if you are married or your parents ill or you are ill. Does not matter to company if you are S - top rater of the year or you have given your service for 5 years. Bottom line - you can be fired immediately if you do not listen to what management or HR says.

Cons

Does not matter if you are good or bad resource. Matters is money always. Very mean mindedness on Salary and Pay part even if you work hard and work day and night. Even if committed by Managers also over email then also no pay in extra. No pay only work and if you do not we will kick you out tomorrow. So everyday you need to live like sword on your neck. I have lived and do you also want to live. Welcome to Tech M then.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
