-Career Growth is Fast -Provides Job Opportunity to those have potential -They give chances to those does not have experience with BPO -Good for beginners

Cons

-No Competitive Salary -The Certification of the Position that you are applying for are slow. -They are giving opportunity to the external hires more than the internal candidates. -The Annual Salary Increase is based on the overall performance of the site so if the site failed, there will be no ASI.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
