Pros

I did not see any pros with this company. No training, poor salary, bad managers and worst culture.

Cons

1. Too much workload, you might end up working 12 to 14 hours with no extra compensation or even appreciation of your work. Since you are being paid salary, it's an obligation to serve the company 24*7 2. Salary delays 3. Minimal or no hike in appraisals (since they make you sign service bond) 4. Its a pool of blame games, shity politics and groupism. 5. Company is run by a bunch of family members, no one has the chance to grow except these relatives sitting at top positions. 6. During interview you will be shown a bright future and the reality can be seen only from inside when it is too late to change your decision. 7. They have the worst HR . HR follows senior management and have no sense of their own. 8. Senior management is extremely ignorant, penny wise pound foolish with a "we know it all attitude" 9. Poor choice for freshers since there is lack of mentoring across all departments 10. Extremely poor compensation 11. Good companies will not even shortlist you for interviews, since they know this place has lacks learning and professionalism. Stay away from this place at any cost .

Pros

Tech Observer truly values its employees. Apart from the collaborative work culture, they offer great perks—like extended medical insurance and global mobility options. Some internal processes could be more efficient, but the leadership listens and adapts quickly to suggestions. It’s a dynamic and supportive place to grow.

Cons
