Pros

-Laid back work environment most of the time. -Nice and new office space.

Cons

-Severe lack of training. Constant pushback from the Engineers even though the helpdesk was told to go to them for questions. They lost or were about to lose 2-3 clients in the weeks before I left. -Immature atmosphere. -Typical small business environment. Someone was promoted because her dad golfed with the CEO, not because she was good at her job. -Benefits are laughable. 6 days PTO, no health insurance, 2% 401K match, etc.

Pros

I worked here for just short of a year and learned a ton of things due to their wide variety of clients. the team has a solid amount of knowledge and experience to share if you simply want to learn.

Cons

Currently they do not have health insurance. If I remember correctly they do offer dental and vision.
