Pros
Working at Tecore Networks has been a really rewarding experience for me, especially because of the company’s straightforward and focused approach. From the beginning, I appreciated that Tecore doesn’t just fill roles for the sake of it. Instead, the company is intentional about making sure every position and every person contributes to the bigger picture. One of the most valuable aspects for me has been the opportunity to cross-train across different areas. This experience has been incredibly rewarding, not just for my career but also for my general understanding of how the business operates as a whole. Instead of feeling siloed, I’ve gained a broader perspective that’s helped me connect the dots between different parts of the company.
Cons
One area where I think we could improve is in offering more advanced training on Quickbase. The initial training sessions were really valuable, and we've become quite familiar with the platform and utilize it frequently to connect departments, projects and long-term tasks. However, I believe there's still so much more we could explore and leverage within the program. Personally, I’d love to develop even more expertise in the platform and identify additional ways it can help us consolidate efforts and boost our efficiency. With more in-depth training, I think we could unlock even greater potential and make our processes smoother and more streamlined across the board.
