Pros

To many pros to mention. Fun environment everyone welcomes you from day 1. Team collaboration is through the roof and you get all the training and help you need to succeed. Every step of the way your voice is heard and hard work is appreciated and communicated by leadership. I will honestly say after working for 3 other previous employers. Tekmetric has become the place I can finally say I want to work here the rest of my life and no other employer has created such an awesome and open environment to which I could confidently say that.

This company really takes care of their people. Has an incredible work life balance and I really believe in the product

Cons

There are still some growing pains as with all new companies. Some department SOPs still in flux or being written as we go, and there are way too many platforms that don’t communicate (Dialpad, gong, salesforce, Zendesk, etc) they need to consolidate the tech stack. Minor complaints tho - the company is amazing and promotes internal growth
