There is little to no focus on employee welfare. Upper management is too busy in securing their own positions. Revenue is stuck at <1B for many years with smart people quitting org. Focus on doing better and retaining talent is so much non-existent that the org looks to have made friends with principle of "mediocrity is accepted and expected".
