Pros
The stability you have with Tektronix is excellent, as evidenced by the many 10+ year employees. The benefits are very good as well.
Cons
For a company of this size, Tektronix Should be much more organized in it's infrastructure for third party calibrations. Another problem that should be addressed is maintaining staffing levels at depots adequate to meet advertised turnaround times.
