Pros
It is a remote job, so that's an immediate plus. The contract I was hired to work on was fun and engaging. No micromanaging
Cons
Poor management, unreliable contracts, less than ideal pay, favoritism, poor benefits. Without getting too specific. Management is lazy and uncaring of employee concerns. Contracts one may have been hired and trained to be proficient in flex and change in an unpredictable and frustrating manner. Pay is significantly lower than apparent industry standard and requests for additional pay is met with relative silence. (See lazy managment) Employees that get paid far more and do significantly less are left to their own devices and get paid to do very little. Health benefits are extremely expensive, no sick pay, slowly accruing PTO.
