Pros

Coworkers were wonderful and cared greatly about the chldren and families.

Cons

When children and families are called "clients", the organization as lost sight of the mission of Head Start. They are no seen as cash cows not as a mission and vision of helping families get out of poverty and on to a path of education and training.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
