Pros

Telamon used to be a great company that ran many head starts, and migrant head starts. They worked for their employees until their CEO retired.

Cons

After the CEO retired and Susan Orozco became the CEO, all they are thinking about is money. And how they can cut corners. She makes sure that she let people go so she doesn't have to pay them, and then she gives their job for someone else to do as well as their own job so basically she makes sure she pays one person for only one job while they are doing multiple people's job. I am so glad that they lost their contract with Migrant programs.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
