Bosses let you get away with anything

Cons

There is no accountability, no higher up cares about any “worker bee”. The climate is disrespectful and very seperate. Figure it out on your own, or don’t do it.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
