For me the Company is local, not a long way to travel to get to and from work.

Cons

Raises do not come fast or regular. If an employee is punctual let them know, show them how much they are appreciated.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
