Wonderful things about my job are the amazing folks I work with and knowing I’m helping people. At Telemon, we assist those in need of housing and employment. We teach Pre-K the skills they need. And my co-workers are skilled, caring people who make peoples’ lives better. I have a great amount of job satisfaction and would highly recommend working at Telamon.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
