      Random let gos due to low sales like non holiday season. They make you feel valuable and then throw you out like no big deal.

      Pros

      I worked for years at Teleflora in IT. Great company, great management and they try to take care of their employees especially around the holidays.

      Cons

      They started outsourcing their IT to India to cut costs and the dynamics in IT changed dramatically.
