      Work culture is very nice and people are very helping.

      Cons

      The salary for an intern is very less and they do not pay for your travel expenses which takes around one-fourth of your salary per month.

      Pros

      I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

      Cons

      A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
