      Flexible hours, small company. The company is growing. Getting business. Self learning. Helping employees. Management encourages learning. Benefits are alright.

      Cons

      Work load is usually quite high. Impractical Deadlines, Weekend work! Location is horrible. Management keeps things in hands firmly. No Grooming of the employees.

      Pros

      I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

      Cons

      A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
