Pros

- Foot in the door into Telecom industry. - Hire fresh/recent graduates - Fun and relaxed atmosphere - Good team

Cons

- Weekend work - No respect to employee's off hours - No promotions or raises are hard to come by - Management handles everything, employees are treated as cattle, more like a sweatshop. - No direct customer communication. Management does not allow it.

I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

Cons

A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
