      Pros

      Can't think of any, the benefits I suppose were not bad.

      Cons

      Got hired, it took weeks for me to get access to platforms, etc. Got layed off after 2 months along with another 25 coworkers due to a headcount reduction. There's no job certainty, most of the people had quit their jobs and migrated from another country. The project was supposed to be for the long term. But after a few weeks they decided to let us go with no prior notice. Later the same role was being offered once again.

      Pros

      I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

      Cons

      A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!

      Long drives and others people mistakes can get you in trouble.
