They pay on time usually.
Cons
They say they choose to match 401k at the end of the year but they never match. They say that you are up for a raise every year but they quit after the fist. Change insurance every year and it keeps getting worse. Everyone below my position has terrible insurance, so I am probably heading there. Way too many unnecessary emails and after hour meetings. They waste all sorts of money, and refuse to spend on things that matter.
