      Pros

      The work assigned during internship is fun and challenging. You work in a competitive environment of interns and everyone is willing to work harder to get a chance for full-time employment.

      Cons

      The same repetitive work for 3 months. Although in the first month, you learn many things, there after the work gets repetitive, and it is true with many service based companies. You have very less scope of learning new things after 1st month

      Pros

      I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

      Cons

      A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
