Pros

I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

Cons

A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
