      The pay for intern is $15/hr which is average and good. Payment is offered on time. Work environment is friendly.

      Cons

      The work is monotonous and repetitive. Working crowd is mostly Asian and hence no global exposure. Work from home flexibility is not allowed.

      Pros

      I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

      Cons

      A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
