Pros
Curriculum was provided. Classrooms were clean and technology was up to date.
Cons
Director/Supervisor/Coordinator did not listen or incorporate instructors' feedback/ideas. The administration staff was consistently hard to get ahold of for students' questions or concerns about paperwork/administrative issues. Constant changes in dates, curriculum requirements, database knowledge, and hours input, were frustrating to keep up with, particularly as an instructor. The amount of work outside paid hours, that had to be completed, in order to be prepared to instruct a 2-hour class, both in person and to have digital access for distance learners. Dissemination of information from the Director was lacking, and an almost militant-like leadership style that lacked transparency. Not supportive of work/life balance.
