Is this your company?

Not for people who don't like academia and the systemic oppression it perpetuates - Research Coordinator Temple University Employee Review

Pros

Coworkers and graduate students are very kind and helpful.

Cons

For some reason, the majority of the PIs here are very bad at management, my guess is they do not have to undergo any training. They are unprofessional, let their emotions and personal problems predict how they will treat you that day, and ask you to do things beyond the scope of your job. They also do not seem to view their staff and students as humans and have unrealistic expectations like thinking they should work overtime despite not being paid for it.

Pros

Beautiful, clean, and conveniently located campus. Great food trucks! Lots of space to go for a walk and clear your head or sit on a bench and look at some trees. Nice benefits.

Cons

Temple is very large and very siloed, so if you work in one department, don't expect to be able to move more easily to another part of the school than you would if you were just a random unknown applicant. Once you start working it will be clear which people there genuinely care about the school and passionately work to make it better, and which once just clock in and clock out and won't do a single thing that's not listed in their official job description. But that's bureaucracy for you!
