Pros
Owner started Groupon. The unlimited vacation time is a joke as you will never get to take it. Coworkers and management join online meetings on their PTO time so be prepared to be judged if you aren't present and accounted for.
Cons
Use of fear tactics to intimidate you to put up with their insufficient management! An inexperienced and immature group that do not respect each other. The constant employee turnover is ridiculous, so customers are unhappy and not staying with Tempus.
