Pros
Flashy, nice office space, large company with vibrant energy and sense of purpose
Cons
Data is dirty. Management disorganized. Everyone wants to get in Eric's good lights, please the leader even if it means forfeiting integrity and good science. If you're flashy and like reaching for the limelight, you'll do well here. There is little transparency, lots of black boxes and IP in places where it shouldn't be, making it difficult to account for how data is generated. Leadership knows about serious data flaws, but doesn't take steps to correct. Data continues to be sold to clients regardless of known issues, often with the same patient data being sold over and over to the same clients. Salaries were on the low side, and salary raises were defined mostly by stock units with long vestment periods (and the groupon stories give little confidence on potential value of tempus stocks at the time employees will be allowed to sell!)
