Pros
*some* of the people you will get to work with are extremely smart and competent. A no-bs attitude/culture.
Cons
Pay is abysmal. Expect you to do management's job but refuse to promote unless you move teams, and even then will often "promote" without a raise. HR/accountability culture is nonexistent. Value outside hiring instead of investing in people already working there.
