No cons i can think of tbh.

Company is doing important work and people actually care about the work they are doing.

Unreasonable expectations from senior leadership in many areas of the business. Way too many director-level roles, so you see constant push-pull on initiatives with no true owners. Most roles are underpaid compared to the market. No 401k match.
