Terrible company- Unprofessional, Overworked, Underpaid - Molecular Lab Technologist Tempus AI Employee Review

Sloppy work environment. Down from the interview process to orientation to training. High turnover rates. Unprofessional management. I worked on multiple assays at once, which was overwhelming. Pay is not great for the work you are doing. It's a glorified manufacturing job.
