Low pay, monotonous work, constantly changing rules, no 401k match, not much room for growth, sometimes hard to use PTO Micromanaging - Everything is monitored, you have to record everything you do during the day, with the time, on a shared spreadsheet with the team. There is a daily report minimum which is understandable, but a tracking software is used to see how long it takes you to do each one. It creates unnecessary stress for those who have no issue hitting or regularly exceeding the daily report goal.
