Pros
For the first time in my +8-year tenure, the company feels like it has homed in on a clear purpose and has developed the stability to persevere. Long gone are the days of changing strategy every 6 months and turning over executive leadership every 1.5 years. For anyone that cares enough to look, there’s unrefutably evidence that this business is setup for success. We have strong executives, highly-collaborative managers, dedicated employees, and stable ownership.
Cons
The pace of change has often been too quick. It took way too long to attract a CEO & President that truly care about the customer and the employees, and it’s going to take a bit longer until they can eliminate the cultural baggage of the past.
