      Pros

      Kind Management- No you won't ever be asked to pack and leave. Unmatched work life balance- These people really respect your space. Great Salaries. Quarterly Bonus, Lunches, Snacks and a GYM reimbursement. Also, Steve and Maureen (top heads) aren't perfect but they sure try. Cutting edge business- who else auctions Commercial real estate??! Plus did I mention unlimited PTO?

      Cons

      Forget about being promoted. Then again who cares in the valley?! Everyone wants to cash in and to do them justice, guess what? Yes, most employees are owners here....

      Pros

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
